Furthermore 4 Cyber Hosting Inc. may be inclined to conduct its own investigation into criminal matters. 4 Cyber Hosting also holds the right to take legal actions against clients who are found guilty of such activities.

4 Cyber Hosting Inc. recognizes the customer's constitutional first amendment right to freedom of speech. However 4 Cyber Hosting will not allow nor be associat6ed with clients who are transmitting, making reference too, or providing links to Web sites that have displays, promotes, and/or profiting from gratuitous material. This includes and is not limited to child pornography, sales and reproductions of illegal substances, and sites which promote violence or has any racist connotations.
Please note. 4 Cyber Hosting has limited control over sites which are deemed legal and are within the constitutional rights of our clients. 4 Cyber Hosting can not banish nor reject clients who have material that is considered controversial or impractical by viewers of such material. 4 Cyber Hosting does not share nor promote the opinions or thoughts displayed on client controlled Web sites However 4 Cyber Hosting will conduct investigations and will fully cooperate with any legal investigation conducted into matters of internet etiquette.
Account Suspension
All 4 Cyber Hosting clients are expected to follow and abide by the 4 Cyber Hosting AUP and whatever billing terms agreed to by both parties. However in the unfortunate consequence that the clients deviates from the agreed terms 4 Cyber Hosting holds the right to invoke a method of account suspension. The method is subject to change at 4 Cyber Hosting discretion. However all changes made can be found in this section of the 4 Cyber Hosting AUP.
1- All users of 4 Cyber Hosting products and services are required to pay their bills on time. If payments are not made in a timely fashion this can lead to suspension of the user's account. A repeated offence can lead to termination of users account.
2- An account may also be suspended due to unlawful activity or investigation into client activities. This may also be grounds for full account termination. A client may also be denied access to data located on equipment held in 4 Cyber Hosting possession while investigations continue.
3- Any violation may result in suspension of a users account. Once again repeated violations can fully terminate a user's account without any refunds of any sorts.
Accounts that were unfairly terminated by 4 Cyber Hosting Inc. will be immediately reissued to clients at their discretion. Clients will also resume contracts on exact terms as previously agreed upon.
The suspension or termination of an account is not grounds for the client to breach their contract. Legal action can be taken against clients who are found to be in breach of their contracts.
Furthermore clients are fully responsible for the terms agreed to as stated on their contracts.
